The rooms were clean, spacious enough for all of us, and the staff was really friendly, always ready to help us with anything we needed. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good—lots of options to choose from and it kept everyone in the family happy every morning!

Woke up to the scent of nearby street food stalls. Quick access to shopping and the staff’s friendly demeanor made our family feel at home.

However, the room felt cramped for our family of four. It was tough to navigate with all our luggage, and the noise from outside was disruptive at night.

We had a lovely stay in a clean, comfortable room that was a bit larger than typical Japanese accommodations. The hotel is close to Tenjin Station, which made exploring the city easy. We enjoyed our time at the nearby yatai food stalls, offering delicious local cuisine right across the street.

Our stay felt overshadowed by the thin walls. I could hear conversations from the hallway and neighboring rooms which disturbed our sleep, especially in the morning. It felt awkward to deal with the noise, and I wished I had packed earplugs. Moreover, the air conditioning wasn't functioning well, which made the nights uncomfortably warm.

This place has such a wonderful vibe! The decor beautifully blends modern and classical styles, and the room had such a spacious feel with high ceilings. Plus, you're just steps away from all the amazing food and shopping action!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Monterey. Perfectly located in Tenjin, exploring the area was a delight, from shopping to dining. The room felt spacious for Japan, and the staff proved super helpful. Just wish the shower pressure had been stronger.
